I have suffered from insomnia for years, and just recently have gotten control over this with the introduction of serotonin and dopamine into my daily supplements. So I have been sleeping good for seven weeks. I still am dealing with getting that dragging feeling part way through my day. I had been taking the 5 hour Energy drinks and they really help, but this light has taken their place. I wanted to try this last year but they wanted $250 for them. A bit much. Now the prices is down some and, for me, rather worth it. I just charge it, set it on my desk and it does the rest. If you have a hard time getting started in the morning, you can do half hour. If you start to drag in the afternoon, then another half hour wakes you up. I am both, so am doing first thing in the morning and the afternoon. Sometimes I do double doses if I am really tired. Works. It's now a WOW improvement at the start. It really took a full week to see the changes. Now I wouldn't do without it. I forgot to use it one day and felt fuzzy all day. Recalled my blue light, when to get it, then a treatment later, very awake.
So if you have trouble with you sleep patterns, or energy levels, this is a viable alternative to energy drinks etc.
I am really enjoying this and delighted to have tried it.
